Went through a lot of RnD on this building from "Bring Out Your Fish" before ultimately settling on something fairly simple. I wanted the town to seem like it didn't really have it's stuff together, and that if there was a sheriff's office, it would be a fairly new addition. Therefore I decided to make a lot of the wood look new and unpainted. I really wanted this to look like the newest building in the town, and I think that came across pretty well. Modeled in Maya and Zbrush, textured in Substance Painter, rendered in Iray.
